Your participation is important for the Corporación Universitaria Lasallista, we are in a continuous improvement of our services and processes. If you wish to send us a request, complaint, claim, suggestion or congratulation, fill out the following spaces and we will contact you as soon as possible. All fields in the form are mandatory.

Any person may submit petitions, complaints, claims, suggestions or compliments in any of the different means that the CORPORATION has available for this purpose.

  • Request: is any expression of agreement or disagreement with the products and/or services offered by the entity. It is also any expression of proposal or request for information required by any person.
  • Complaint: is the means through which a person or user expresses his discomfort with the performance of an entity or an official or with the form and conditions in which a service is provided or not.
  • Reclamation: is the request submitted by a person or user with the purpose of reviewing an administrative action with which he/she is not satisfied, and intends through it that the action or decision be improved or changed.
  • Suggestion: it is an insinuation through which it is intended that the institution adopts mechanisms to improve a service or the entity itself.
  • Compliment: it is the manifestation that expresses the pleasure or satisfaction with an employee or with the process that generates the service received.
